Refunds
14 days, no argument
If the Kitchen Gift Pack is not what you wanted, email hello@shipr.gg within 14 days of purchase with your order id or the Paddle transaction id from your receipt. You get your money back. You do not have to explain why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
How long it takes
We raise the refund with Paddle the same day we read your message. Paddle returns the money to the original payment method; banks and UPI apps usually settle it within 5 to 10 working days.
Something broken?
If you paid and the game did not unlock, do not ask for a refund first — send us the receipt and we will unlock it straight away, usually within a few hours. If you would still rather have the money back after that, you can.
After a refund
The unlock is withdrawn and the game returns to the free levels. You are welcome to buy again later.
